Good morning everyone. The conditions are a bit damp out here at the Tom Kelly Reserve in Doncaster but the Jetstar U6-U8 State Carnival is still going ahead today. We just tried doing a dance to make the sun come out, but bring some wet weather gear just in case. See you there!
